Join the company capability track and make your agribusiness fit for public funding in PPP calls

This unique track will help you to uncover the internal capabilities your company has or should have to become successful in these dynamic developing markets. It will support your company to get a better grip on and receive public recognition for it’s potential and ambition to develop business models that include low-income people.

Company capability track components

  1. Online quick scan with key company staff
  2. Half a day internal workshop on capability needs
  3. Company-specific report
  4. Visibility in public report on overall insights
  5. Networking event with like minded agribusiness entrepreneurs

Show the world your ambition to contribute to the SDGs.

BoP Innovation Center, inspired by the RPV framework of Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen, created the Track to map your company’s internal capabilities. The capabilities are  categorized in Resource, Processes and Values and represent several topics that are relevant for companies to succeed in developing markets and to contribute to the SDGs.
